"Very disappointed that this agency was responsible for my homeowner insurance cancellation (without my knowledge). They dropped the ball on providing the carrier documentation. It’s been a very frustrating process!! Unfortunately, I do not recommend."

"I was mailed a non renewal letter because the umbrella policy didn’t cover my rental units. I enquired they sent me a form. I filled it out . I e mailed it back. Later I realized I hadn’t heard from them so, I called and left a VM. A few weeks later I realized no one called me back. I called and they said it was canceled. There was no manager in the office for me to speak to. What they should have done is followed up with a phone call “ Thank you for filling out this form. Unfortunately we can’t include these properties in our policy. Would you like to exclude them and continue with the existing umbrella? We can also look into a business umbrella?” But no they didn’t call, return a call and they just let it lapse. Horrible business …"
